Q: Do you offer AFTERPAY?
Yes, Afterpay is available. If you would prefer to use Afterpay, please select "Alternative payment methods" at checkout and select Afterpay. You will then be taken to Afterpay to complete your purchase.
Orders & Customisation
Q: Can I request a customised design that isn’t listed?
A: At this stage, I can only offer small and simple custom additions such as a love heart. Full wrap or large custom designs are not available yet. I will be offering custom sublimation in the future.
*Please note that any customisation comes at an extra charge. An invoice will be directly emailed to you and must be paid before order begins.*
Q: Can I choose my glitter colours?
A: Yes. You may pick from the glitter drop down on the product, and select up to 3 colours.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Am I covered for damages during transit?
To make sure you’re covered for damages, we advise to select our Extra Package Protection at checkout. This protection ensures your order is covered in case anything happens during transit.
Q: How long will my order take?
A: All tumblers are handmade to order. Processing and handling time is 3–4 business days, plus shipping.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Orders are shipped from Australia. I currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
Q: How will my tumbler be packaged?
A: Every tumbler is carefully wrapped and shipped securely to prevent damage in transit.
Care Instructions
Q: Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?
A: No. To keep your tumbler looking its best, please hand wash only. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or using hot water.
Q: Can I freeze or microwave my tumbler?
A: No. Tumblers should not be placed in the freezer or microwave.
Q: What is the best way to clean my tumbler?
A: Use lukewarm water with a gentle sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Q: What if my tumbler arrives damaged?
A:
We take great care in packing and shipping every order, but once it’s on its way, some things are out of our control. Refunds and replacements are only available if Extra Package Protection is purchased at checkout. This protection ensures your order is covered in case anything happens during transit.
If you have not purchased extra protection, you must contact Auspost directly.
General
Q: I want to send my purchase as a gift.
A: If you would like your purchase to be sent as a gift to a friend or loved one, please enter this and their name in the checkout "Order special instructions". If you would like a short note sent too, please enter it as well.
Q: Can I use my tumbler for both hot and cold drinks?
A: Yes. The tumblers are double-walled and suitable for both hot and cold beverages.
TikTok Live FAQs
Q: Do you sell your tumblers on TikTok Live?
A: Yes, you can shop directly while I am live. I show designs, glitter mixes, and answer questions in real time.
Q: How do I buy on TikTok Live?
A: Click the product link that appears during the live stream, add it to your cart, and checkout securely through TikTok.
Orders via TikTok
Q: Is it safe to order through TikTok Live?
A: Even during lives, you will be asked to checkout via this website. All orders placed on TikTok are processed the same way as website orders.
Q: Can I request customisation while you are live?
Customisation is unfortunately not available during Tik Tok Lives due to the time it takes to create, cut and correct.
Q: How many orders do you take per live?
A: I take up to 10 orders per live. This ensures each tumbler is made with care and finished within the 3–4 day processing time. Once spots are full, orders will close until the next live.
Shipping & Processing
Q: How long will it take if I order on TikTok Live?
A: If you order while I'm live; as long as your order is within the 10 slots it will be completed at that time. I will be live up to 4 times a week, so if you do not get in for those 10 slots, your order will be completed the next live.
Processing and handling time is 3–4 business days, plus shipping.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Orders are shipped from Australia, and I currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
Q: What happens on your TikTok Lives?
A: I go live to show tumblers, glitter mixes, behind-the-scenes making, and answer your questions. It is also the best time to grab custom spots.
Q: Do you do giveaways or discounts on TikTok Live?
A: Occasionally, yes. Keep an eye on my live schedule for special offers and giveaways.
